History of the Firm

The Company was formed in 1972 by Bob Richardson which quickly established itself as a company of integrity and vision. Bill Kleiber and Jim Walter later joined the company, forming Richardson Kleiber Walter. The Partnership expanded services to South Sarasota & Manatee County and became the area leader in commercial and industrial sales and leasing, property management, and development.

Jeff Button is now the broker-owner of Richardson Kleiber Walter Kleiber Button Inc carrying on the legacy of excellence in commercial and industrial real estate.  Jeff is also joined by Jennifer Kleiber-Button and Renee Richardson-Kling. Our vision is to maintain the foundation Bill Kleiber started built on honesty, knowledge and integrity and deliver excellent customer service.

Knowledge and Experience.  Richardson Kleiber Walter is constantly researching, observing, and discussing with people in business to learn and stay on the edge of what is occurring in our local economy.  Prior to becoming a real estate broker Jeff Button worked 15 years in the litigation/commercial appraisal field.  Jeff has earned Degrees in Real Estate & Economics from Florida State University.   Growing up in the family business Jennifer Kleiber-Button has worked alongside her father for over fifteen years and still consults with him daily.  Renee Richardson-Kling has worked along side her father Bob Richardson for 15 years.

Management.  Richardson Kleiber Walter has not only been instrumental in the Development, but also in the Sales and management of Industrial Parks & Industrial Properties.
